Why are you unmotivated to study these days?5 practical tips to help you regain your enthusiasm

Hello everyone! Lately I've been wondering why I've been less and less inclined to actively study at home. At first I thought it was exhaustion from working too late overtime, but after a two week break I still can't get motivated. I obviously want to learn quickly, improve myself, and make more money, but I lack patience and have trouble focusing on everything I do. I've tried to find motivation and relax, but nothing works. Now I watch variety shows and play games all day long, so I really don't know what to do. I used to work really hard! What's the solution, please?

Hello, Mr. Owner.

From what you've shared, you used to be able to keep up with your studies after work, but lately you've been overwhelmed and your energy is spent on entertainment. I understand the struggle of wanting to get back into action but not being able to find a way to do it.

Your goal in learning is: to acquire knowledge to improve yourself and increase your income

You want the learning process to be quicker, to cash in as soon as possible

It may be that you learn for a while and then realize that there is a big gap from knowledge to gain, and realizing that there is no quick fix, coupled with the lack of positive feedback, it is easy to get discouraged and resistant to learning.

And after a busy day, games and variety shows after work bring instant pleasure, which is more appealing than delayed gratification like studying.

Recommendation:

Split big goals into small ones and break them down to what you do every day/week/month and how long you learn. With each small task you complete, you feel one step closer to your goal and find a sense of fulfillment in making small progress, don't set too far off goals at the beginning.

For example, if you study design, you can use the skills you have learned to make work and post it online. This will not only test yourself, but also get recognized by others, and slowly improve your ability through positive feedback. Small successes add up to big achievements.

If you only dream big dreams, you will increase internal conflict and doubt. It's by dropping actions into small daily plans that you can stay motivated in your gains and gradually approach your goals.
